Return & Refunds Policy
- Satisfaction Guarantee At Panda Paper, we are passionate about our products and hope you will be too! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Panda Paper for any reason, we believe that returns and refunds should be straightforward and hassle-free.
- Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- How to Initiate a Return If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund for orders purchased through our website, please contact us at support@pandapaper.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and describe the issue so we can improve our products for the future.
- Return Process We will provide you with a return shipping address label and cover the cost of return postage. Simply print the provided label, securely attach it to the box or packaging you received your order in (or another suitable package if the original has been disposed of), and send it back to us. There are no restocking fees or penalties for returning your goods—we want this process to be as easy as possible for you.
- Product Condition for Returns In most cases, we can only accept products for return that are largely unused. For example, if more than 25% of the products in your order have been used (e.g., more than 13 rolls out of a box of 48 toilet paper rolls), we unfortunately cannot accept the return or provide a refund, unless the remaining products are faulty. If you discover that any of the unused products are faulty, we will ensure you receive a refund in accordance with consumer laws.
