By joining the Panda Paper Sales Program as a Panda, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sales Commissions & Payments

You will earn a 15% commission on one‑off box sales and a 10% commission on each subscription box sold.

Commissions are calculated based on completed and paid orders.

Payments will be made on a [weekly/monthly] basis via your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.).

Any refunds or chargebacks on orders will result in commission adjustments accordingly.

2. Sales & Marketing Guidelines

You are encouraged to promote Panda Paper through social media, personal networks, business visits, and gatherings/parties.

All marketing materials must align with Panda Paper’s brand image and values.

False or misleading claims about the product or House of Sadaqa’s impact are strictly prohibited.

No spamming or unethical sales tactics should be used to promote products.

3. Use of Branding & Materials

As a Panda, you may use Panda Paper logos, images, and promotional materials provided to you.

Any modifications to branding materials must be approved by Panda Paper.

You are not allowed to create your own products or misrepresent yourself as an official employee of Panda Paper.

4. Order Processing & Customer Service

All orders must be placed through the official Panda Paper platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive correct product information before purchasing.

Any customer service inquiries beyond your scope should be directed to Panda Paper’s official support team.

5. Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

You are expected to act professionally and ethically at all times.

You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in your location regarding sales and marketing.

Panda Paper reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if there is any violation of these terms.

6. Termination of Agreement

You may leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

Panda Paper reserves the right to remove any Panda from the program if they fail to comply with the terms outlined here.

Any outstanding commissions will be paid based on completed sales before the termination date.

7. Changes to Terms

Panda Paper may update these terms at any time. Pandas will be notified of any significant changes.
